Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of ordering. Orders are shipped via UPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Bed of Roses are not responsible for any damaged, lost or misdelivered packages due to lack of complete address. If you package arrives damaged or lost, please contact UPS Customer Service.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

At Bed of Roses Naturals, all of our products are carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, used body products & candles cannot be returned or refunded. Fortunately, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment. Kindly provide a photo of the damage within 5 days of delivery to theebedofroses@gmail.com with your order number. We do not do exchanges at this time.
